Job Requirement:

Job Scope:

Ensure that the job given by the supervisor is carried out accordingly and correctly.
Achieve the objective of the daily job given and completed on time as per the scheduled plan.
React immediately to emergency cases to reduce the downtime that will affect the productivity of the plant.
Willing to work long hours and at odd hours including working to solve emergency cases.
Ensure all equipment is maintained in good conditions before being used.
Wear personal protective equipment and use safety tools when performing electrical works.
To carry out daily routine checks, services, and timely attention to any operation troubleshooting, machine faulty, breakdown and maintenance repair activities.
To install safety awareness and to ensure that the safety devices of machinery and equipment in the facilities are in operational mode.
To ensure machinery/equipment is maintained in good conditions.
To carry out daily routine checks and services on the machinery and equipment and maintain proper records for any tasks carried out.
To prevent all unsafe conditions and dangerous occurrences that may cause serious injuries in the workplace.
To carry out preventive maintenance at intervals on every packing machine available in Sterilized Package Packing Room.
Other assigned duties as required.
