Syarat-syarat Kelayakkan

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, atau yang berkaitan dari institusi pengajian tinggi yang diiktiraf oleh TNB / Malaysia Qualification Agency (MQA)
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on digital learning.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital learning strategies.
Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and other digital learning technologies.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
