Qualifications:

Candidate must possess minimum SPM, Diploma in Engineering, Professional certificate or equivalent
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
Hardworking, versatile, disciplined, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills, fast learner, mature and responsible.
Analytical, able to work independently and handle multi-tasking
Able to relocate or willing to work outstation

General Summary:

Site inspectors at construction sites to ensure the work meets construction specifications, standards, requirement, and local code regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure project progress at the site to follow the stipulated project plan/timeline
Attend site and prepare project progress update
Check site progress and record all activities and materials used every day.
To liaise/coordinate/monitor/inspect the progress & quality of the work of the subordinates/ general workers/ nominated sub-contractors
Report to the superior regarding site update/status/condition
Ensure that work at the site shall be in compliance with safety regulations at site.
Attend site meetings and coordinate meetings when necessary
