Minimum 5 -10 Years working experience in any related field.

Job Description

Accountability & Responsibility
Development
- Design and develop all modules according to Company Trainer Guideline
Delivery
- Deliver dynamic learning & consulting solutions according to customer requirements
- Deliver effective training with various learning styles with the goal of increased performance.
Evaluation
- Investigate and implement corrective action from Training Evaluation Index (TEI) levels 1,2 and 3.
- Plan and conduct assessment on training programs effectively.
Consultation
- Deliver advisory and consultancy services
Coordination/Administration
- Upgrade necessary training materials and equipment used in training and services up to date with current technology
- Plan and execute classroom preparation effectively
Market Product/Research
- Participate in the marketing of the training and services.
- Participate in learning research & best practices benchmarking for modules development.
Budgeting/Purchasing
- Utilize the budget requirement according to the business plan.
